Las Dahlias Apartments is a vibrant transit-oriented development offering 78 affordable apartment homes in the heart of East Los Angeles for individuals and families with household income qualifying maximums at various set asides ranging from 30 to 60 percent of applicable area median income (AMI). Thirty-nine of the apartment homes are reserved for individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness. Las Dahlias Apartments is conveniently located along the Metro Gold line, between the Maravilla rail station and the East LA Civic Center rail station, connecting nearby residents to job opportunities in downtown Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Valley.

This stunning community provides a mix of floor plans and an array of onsite community amenities, including programs and services provided by the Hope through Housing Foundation and several other community partners. The community has been designed to complement the surrounding neighborhood and includes a mural by a local artist.
